starts bad ??

My Alfa 1.8 156 1998
it starts bad !!
But after its running and i trun it off 1 min after it will start up again better !

I was think it was getting to much air from the bad hoses , but now is ok after i change the bad hoses ,,
took all spark plugs out and clean them ..

The Alfa seem like she just wants more gas to start !!!

so i pump the gas 5 times before starting and it starts after sometime !!! Does anyone have any idears ????

Pumping the gas pedal before help old cars with carburator(s) but does nothing in cars with fuel injection.
When you turns on the ignition the ECU get info from a lot of feelers, some of them tells the ECU the engine is stone cold. The the ECU tells the injection system to inject more gas when the engine is turned over by the starter motor.
